Comprehensive Program for Out-of-Town Patients

The program is for five days and consists of:

• Physician evaluation for development of a medical treatment protocol
• Osteopathic evaluation and treatment for structural/postural issues
• Initial myofascial evaluation with subsequent daily treatments and self-care training sessions
• Evaluation by our clinical social worker for psychosocial issues
• Dietary consult if indicated
• Audiovisual aids, educational materials, and self-care tools

Shorter programs are available, though we recommend the 5-day program for maximum benefit.

The cost of our full program (not including lodging) is approximately $2100, depending on your individual needs. The service is insurance-approved in most cases. We are a Blue Cross PPO provider and accept most major health insurance plans. We also accept all major credit cards.
