If coming from Downtown on the Kennedy, take the Pulaski exit north and go 2-3 blocks. The clinic is on the right at the Elston corner.

If coming from O'Hare on the Kennedy, take the Irving Park/Keeler exit, take the 1st left (onto Keeler), then the 1st right (onto Belle Plain). Go 3 blocks and it "T's" on Pulaski. Turn left, and the clinic is 1 1/2 blocks north on the right.

Abundant on-street parking should be available.
